Our new manufacturing facility consists of 27,750 square feet of floor space includes the following:
s 15,000 square feet of heavy, under-hook manufacturing space;
s   7,000 square foot mezzanine assembly storage area;
s   4,500 square foot office space;
s   1,250 square foot electronic controls assembly center;
s A central fifty foot wide by one hundred and fifty foot long bay;
s Single-pick lifting capacity of 25 tons;
s Various CNC machine tools including a large horizontal boring mill, multiple
vertical machining centers, and fully automated turning centers;
s A large, fully automated CMM inspection system;
s A whole array manual machine tools of all sizes such as vertical and horizontal
boring machines, large roll lathe, engine lathes, vertical and horizontal milling machines, surface grinder, and many other conventional machines;
s Fabrication capabilities which, in addition to standard welding equipment, also
include automatic GTAW wire feeders, Pulsarc/Squarewave welding systems, and an automated electric eye burning center with plasma-cutting capacity for up to 2-inch stainless steel.
s CAD/CAM center equipped with multiple AutoDesk workstations and other
state-of-the-art CAD and CAM applications.
