FORM TOOLING, DIE SETS, PERIMETER TOOLING..........

	Knowlton Machine Engineering has been manufacturing highly customized form tooling as well as part perimeter tooling for well over ten years, and has developed the programming and machining efficiencies that make KME the most cost effective option for virtually all complex tooling applications. Many of the four-posted hydraulically powered die sets which KME has designed and built over the years also include on-board PLC control systems such that they become complete tooling packages. This results in tool changeover times for our customers which drastically increase process machine run time.

The photo depicted above is of a quadruple acting die-set and tool with inner and outer die tool installed in both the top and bottom die-set boxes. This allows for the production of parts almost impossible to manufacture otherwise.
